Appointments can be rescheduled with no fees incurred up until 24 hrs before the actual appointment.
Appointments rescheduled within the 24Hr period of the booking will have already incurred the full appointment fee.
Any missed appointments will incur the full cost of the appointment fee already taken by the system.
Cash payment in clinic is available to verified customers who have registered on the system already including registering bank details. The Cash payment option is available to accept during the bookings process and failure to attend the appointment will result in the card being charged.
Sports Injury Specialists Ltd membership scheme enables a variety of benefits to the user. There are three types of membership to Sports Injury Specialists Ltd. All payments are recurring fees set up during the First transaction. It is the responsibility of the Card Holder/Member to notify of any changes to account details or any cancellations of recurring fees to Sports Injury Specialists Ltd Head office via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
